  • Riley Information Services Inc, 100 Bronson Ave, Suite 1203, Ottawa, Ontario K1R 6G8, which provided initial content studies on electronic governance and electronic democracy, resulting in the delivery of a status overview of e-governance in a selected number of countries worldwide.
